Free Lessons Learned App

I came across this app quite by accident, but it is quite decent.  It is currently in beta testing, so there may be some bugs to work out before it is completed, but I haven’t noticed any problems with it.  Although it is geared toward Wildland Firefighting, any public safety practitioner should be able to make use of the information it contains.  The app is $FREE$ and is not available on any app marketplaces, so use the link provided.  The following information is directly from the LLC news feed:

Check out the LLC’s new smartphone application. It features automatically updating news feeds from the LLC’s What’s New page, our YouTube channel, our Twitter account, and the Wildland Fire Leadership Development Program blog. This mobile application is currently in the beta testing phase and we would appreciate feedback from everyone who downloads it. The app will not be available in any app marketplace but can be exclusively downloaded from the QR Code or link below.

The application is currently available for all smartphone and tablet platforms.

Note to Blackberry users: Because the app is not downloadable on your platform, we recommend you enter the URL and bookmark it in your browser so that it works as a mobile site.
